Sulfonium salt type highly active thermoacid generator. Since it uses a special phosphorus anion, it has the same acid strength as the SbF6 anion product even though it is non-Sb, and exhibits high cationic polymerizable properties. In addition, it has excellent solubility in various solvents and monomers including non-polar organic solvents.
