PURECAT TX-1

Low metal grade of DBU. An organic compound with extremely strong basicity. It has excellent compatibility with various solvents and is useful as a catalyst for many organic synthesis reactions. Compared with the conventional tertiary amine or inorganic basic catalyst, the reaction yield and selectivity can be improved under milder conditions. It is also used as a catalyst for various polymerization or cross-linking reactions.

What is the difference from normal DBU?
Compared to normal DBU metal is managed to the double digit ppb level. Since normal DBU is not managed, it is in the ppb to ppm level.
What kind of application can it be applied to?
It is suitable for applications where trace amounts of metal affect quality (eg cleaning agents, organic synthesis related raw materials and intermediates).
