Characteristics and Applications

DBU® is an organic compound that exhibits extremely strong basicity.
It is highly compatible with various solvents and is useful as a catalyst for many organic synthesis reactions.
It can be used to improve reaction yield and selectivity under milder conditions than when using conventional tertiary amines or inorganic basic catalysts.
It is also used as a catalyst for various polymerization and cross-linking reactions.

Regarding the application

We have many achievements such as urethane catalysts, epoxy curing accelerators, pH adjusters, pharmaceutical raw materials and intermediates, and detergents.
