Characteristics and Applications

U-CAT SA810 is a thermotropic base generator. It is an o-phthalate of DBU that is active at approximately 140°C.

Regarding the application

It is used as urethane catalysts and epoxy curing accelerators.
About latent heat catalysts

DBU dissociates at about 140 ° C and exhibits catalytic activity. A broad type that is slightly active from about 50 °C.
Solubility

It dissolves in alcohol (methanol).
