The TA series is a sulfonium salt-type thermal acid generator that can initiate reactions at low temperatures, and boasts high solubility and reactivity. It is widely used in the processing of precision electronic and optical materials, and contributes to the improvement of cured material quality.

The IK Series is a line of iodonium salt-type thermal acid generators that effectively initiate curing reactions at high temperatures. AA Seriesammonium salt-type
